Because EVERY SECOND COUNTS
Many Men hesitate to perform CPR on women for very obvious reasons and this is very difficult at the time surrounding the circumstances of a woman potentially going into Cardiac arrest, if you don't have a defibrillator available then it's ok to start performing CPR straightaway, however if a woman is wearing a bra and you have access to a defibrillator then you will need to remove the female casualty's bra, this is so you can get access to fit the defibrillator pads in the correct place.
Some people ask about what I get accused of something? If you get accused of something and this goes to court you are covered by The Social Action, Responsibility and Heroism Act 2015:
This Act provides some protection for Good Samaritans when acting in a way that benefits society, demonstrating a responsible approach to protecting others, or acting heriocally in an emergency
